We provide exclusively high-tech products “Made in Germany”, based on highest quality standards and state-of-the-art production processes.

All implant lines have an ultrapure surface and are all, without exception, manufactured using biocompatible titanium grade 4 or high-strength zirconia ceramic. No matter which BoneTrust® implant you choose – it will be a good choice.

BoneTrust® plus hex | cone

The universal implant with the conical Torx or crestal thread split.

Proven thousand times over. Through the special self-tapping screw design with crestal “thread split”, the BoneTrust® plus implants guarantee atraumatic insertion with optimal primary stability in all bone qualities.

The interaction of the homogeneous, ultrapure BoneTrust® implant surface in combination with harmonized platform switching ensures a secure implant-bone bond over the long term.

The abutment connection can be selected from among a conical, non-locking Torx and a precision hexagon socket, both of which, in conjunction with the long guide surfaces, effectively prevent screw loosening.

BoneTrust® hex | cone PWR

Optimal primary stability in immediate implant placement and cancellous bone structures.

Self-centering. Thanks to the special double-start thread design, the PWR design scores particularly in immediate implant placement and with soft bone conditions. The two self-tapping threads staggered by 180° enable fast and centric insertion. The slightly staggered crestal micro-thread provides additional primary stability in the final position and enables gap-free implant–bone contact.

The interaction of the homogeneous, ultrapure BoneTrust® implant surface in combination with harmonized platform switching ensures a secure implant–bone bond over the long term. A non-locking inner cone (11°) with Torx indexing or a precision hexagon socket with long guide surfaces are available as abutment connection.

BoneTrust® sinus

The rescue implant for the sinus lift – primary stability when bone availability is limited.

The BoneTrust® sinus implant, which was developed in close collaboration with Dr. Kay Pehrsson (Haranni Clinic, Herne), enables a higher primary stability with reduced vertical bone availability due to its special design with a reduced thread portion. As a result, a single surgical procedure (augmentation and concurrent implantation) is possible in many cases, even with bone availability of less than 5.0 mm in the sinus region.

The absence of sharp-edged cutting grooves and the rounded apical design prevents damage to the Schneiderian membrane. The 12 mm long implant is available in diameters of 4.0 mm and 5.0 mm.

BoneTrust® balance

The laser-structured ceramic implant with the click.

BoneTrust® balance is the biocompatible zirconium ceramic alternative for restorations in which titanium implants cannot or are not to be used. The design of the screw corresponds to that of the BoneTrust® plus titanium implants.

An innovative laser procedure ensures that a roughness of the implant surface is achieved that corresponds to that of the BoneTrust® plus titanium implants. Gingiva formers, impression caps and the provisional crown superstructures are simply placed on and snap into place with a click. This results in a considerable acceleration and simplification of treatment processes.

BoneTrust® balance – the ceramic and logical addition to the BoneTrust® implant system.

BoneTrust® one

The single-piece implant for economic CAD/CAM restorations.

The single-part BoneTrust® one implant was specially developed for social indications and restorations with CAD/CAM-produced superstructures. The diameter of only 3.0 mm makes it universally applicable, especially for older patients with advanced atrophy. BoneTrust® one offers the surgical advantages of the two-piece BoneTrust® plus implants and enables very cost-effective prosthetic restoration concepts.

A large number of prefabricated superstructure components for fixed and removable dentures are available. The delivery includes a universal abutment, which can be used as open impression posts and for prosthesis fixation.

BoneTrust® mini + mini plus interim implants

The two-piece, screwed interim implant made of pure titanium grade 4.

Unique, two-piece implantology concept for the interim restoration. In collaboration with Prof. F. Khoury and the Schloss Schellenstein private dental clinic, a two-piece design was developed, which enables restoration with prosthetic components with the aid of a of screw connection. The implant, measuring just 2.3 mm and 2.5 mm respectively, is made of pure titanium grade 4 and is available in various lengths.

The system offers a wide range of prosthetic options thanks to a large number of prefabricated superstructures. In addition to straight and angled abutments, scan and impression components, laboratory implants and polymerisation caps are also available for the quick and easy production of interim bridges. The prosthesis is fixed by means of corresponding screwed snap attachments. The workflow is based on classic implant systems.
